Returns Process with BoxNow

Returns via BoxNow

Customers who received their package via BoxNow can return it by following this simple process:

• Choose the Locker that is convenient for you (to see available lockers click here: https://lockers.boxnow.gr )
• Enter the 10-digit parcel code (parcel ID) on the screen – you can find it on the voucher or in the email/Viber/SMS you received from BoxNow.
• Place the parcel inside the locker.
• Close the locker.
