Return Policy

You have the right to return your entire order or part of it within 15 business days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in perfect condition, as received, and the special tags (tags/barcode) should not be removed.

You are required to complete the return form. The return will only be accepted after company approval.

The company is not responsible for any damage or wear to the products after use and is not obligated to replace them.

Cases of Exchange

• Free return for color/size change or refund.
• Charge of €4.00 for replacement with a new product.
• If it is our mistake, the reshipping costs will be covered by the company.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, upon receipt and inspection of the product, via deposit to your bank account.

Refunds apply only to the value of the products and do not include any shipping costs you may have paid.
