Merkado.gr takes the personal data of its visitors and users very seriously. We make every effort to limit the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary for the purpose of using our Network. If the user chooses not to publish their data, it will remain private and will only be used for the purpose of the competition.

Security and Protection of Minors

Minors can only access the Network's services with parental or guardian consent. If false information is provided, the Network is not liable. If it is discovered that personal data from minors has been submitted without consent, it will be immediately deleted.
